Sustainability
A proposed framework for people, responsible procurement and long-term community value.

People & participation
Our intended approach considers fair treatment, workforce competence and appropriately scoped local opportunities. Employment equity, supplier development and training programmes require approved plans before commitments or results can be represented.
Environment & resource stewardship
Project designs would assess energy, water, materials and long-term maintenance needs alongside site-specific approvals. Environmental benefits must be demonstrated with evidence; no emissions target, certification or measured reduction is currently claimed.
Community value
Development should respond to local needs, access and economic participation. The founder's ambition of 100 inclusive African cities is a long-term direction, not delivered outcomes. Project-specific engagement, funding and feasibility remain essential.
Reporting & governance
Future reporting would connect approved initiatives to defined measures, responsible owners and reporting periods. Governance oversight and SHEQ controls support this proposed approach; sustainability reports and case studies await confirmed evidence.
Proposed sustainability framework for approval. Programmes, targets and measured outcomes remain unconfirmed.
