Maduna Construction Group

Founded by Luthando Maduna, MCG brings together seven specialised divisions spanning buildings, civil engineering, energy and utilities, engineering and projects, industrial construction, steel construction and Special Projects. Our model connects construction planning with the practical requirements of the communities and enterprises a development is meant to serve. We also undertake small projects, property improvements, renovations and fit-outs, with the same attention to scope, workmanship and communication.

Special Projects is central to the Group's integrated-development focus. It is informed by the ambition of 100 inclusive African cities associated with Luthando Maduna and the Luthando Maduna Foundation. The two planned initial developments are Stratum Mini Complex and Stratum Mixed Use; neither is presented as under construction or completed.

Our model combines coordinated engineering, disciplined commercial decisions and clearly assigned accountability. A proposed governance framework separates executive delivery from board oversight, supported by project-gate reviews, assurance and responsible procurement. Appointments, legal structure and policy adoption remain to be confirmed.

Corporate credentials, B-BBEE status, CIDB grading, certifications, operating locations and recognition must be supported by verified records.
