Sustainability

Socio-economic Development

Consider community needs throughout planning, construction and future use.

Proposed corporate framework for approval. Policies, appointments, programmes and performance data have not been verified; no certification, operational capacity or outcome is claimed.

Community engagement

Proposed developments should identify affected stakeholders and establish appropriate consultation and grievance channels. Engagement would consider access, disruption, safety and the needs of residents and local businesses. Consultation arrangements are project-specific and not yet confirmed.

Inclusive development ambition

Luthando Maduna founded MCG and the Luthando Maduna Foundation. The ambition of 100 inclusive African cities is a long-term direction, not delivered cities or a funded pipeline. The Foundation is not presented here as an MCG subsidiary or a confirmed project partner.

Local economic participation

Local employment and enterprise opportunities would depend on viable scopes, skills, fair procurement and the actual project programme. Commitments must be agreed and tracked; generic promises cannot replace funded arrangements.

Evidence of impact

Future case studies would distinguish inputs, activities and outcomes with verified dates and participant information. There are no confirmed donations, beneficiary counts or social-impact results to publish at present.
