Luthando Maduna, founder of MCG and the Luthando Maduna Foundation, has the ambition of 100 inclusive African cities. The intended direction brings dignified housing, essential services and economic participation into one development vision. It is an ambition—not a record of completed cities.

MCG Special Projects is the delivery-coordination division for this integrated focus. Stratum Mini Complex and Stratum Mixed Use are the planned initial developments. Their locations, funding, approvals, timelines and Project Manager appointments remain to be confirmed.
