Service 01
A coordinated design process needs a clear brief, information schedule and allocation of responsibility between disciplines. Our services track design deliverables, identify interfaces and maintain a record of queries and decisions affecting construction. The aim is to support an orderly flow of approved information, while respecting the independent responsibilities of the appointed designers.
- Design deliverable and interface schedules
- Consultant coordination and query tracking
- Construction-information and close-out coordination
Scope considerations: Coordination does not constitute engineering design or certification; design liability remains with the appointed professionals unless expressly agreed.
Service 02
Our procurement support translates the agreed scope into work packages, tender requirements and procurement milestones. Commercial coordination tracks commitments, changes and reporting against the agreed cost framework. The client would retain the approvals and procurement authority specified in the appointment, with decisions documented through the agreed governance process.
- Package scoping and procurement schedules
- Tender and supplier-interface coordination
- Cost, commitment and change monitoring
Scope considerations: Quantity-surveying appointments, supplier selection authority and any cost guarantees must be explicitly agreed and appropriately resourced.
Service 03
Our management services coordinate delivery schedules, contractor interfaces, progress information and risk or change reporting. Mobilisation planning clarifies site arrangements and contractual responsibilities before works start. During delivery, the focus is on bringing decisions, constraints and emerging issues to the attention of the parties able to resolve them.
- Programme and mobilisation coordination
- Progress, risk and change reporting
- Quality-record and completion coordination
Scope considerations: Contractor duties, statutory safety appointments and delegated client authority must be documented; a coordination role does not replace them.
Service 04
EPC or turnkey arrangements may be considered where design, procurement and construction responsibilities can be defined and supported by suitable resources. Digital controls, including BIM coordination where appropriate, would be selected for the project's actual needs and agreed information standards. These models require careful commercial and technical assessment before they are offered.
- Delivery-model and interface evaluation
- Agreed programme and document-control systems
- Digital coordination requirements and reporting
Scope considerations: EPC, turnkey, BIM capacity and single-point performance guarantees are subject to capability confirmation and contract agreement.
