SHEQ
Define acceptance criteria and maintain evidence from procurement to handover.

Proposed corporate framework for approval. Policies, appointments, programmes and performance data have not been verified; no certification, operational capacity or outcome is claimed.
Project teams would work from approved, current information with defined design responsibilities. Revision controls, coordinated interfaces and technical queries should reduce ambiguity before procurement or construction commits to an item.
Material specifications, supplier submissions and test evidence would be reviewed against the contract. Traceability is particularly important for structural components, steelwork and safety-critical systems; specialist certification must be verified rather than assumed.
Inspection and test plans would identify hold points, acceptance standards and responsible sign-offs. Non-conformances should be logged, assessed and closed through approved corrective action. Concealed works should not proceed beyond required checks.
Close-out would assemble as-built information, operating manuals, warranties and agreed certificates. Outstanding works and defects responsibilities should remain explicit. Quality-system certification and delivery performance have not been verified.
