SHEQ
Identify hazards early. Assign responsibilities. Verify controls before work proceeds.

Proposed corporate framework for approval. Policies, appointments, programmes and performance data have not been verified; no certification, operational capacity or outcome is claimed.
Each project would establish statutory appointments, contractor interfaces and a site-specific health-and-safety plan. Baseline and task risk assessments should address the actual works, including temporary works, lifting, work at height, excavations and live services where applicable.
Induction, verified competence, toolbox briefings and permits would be tailored to the activities. Supervisors should confirm that people, equipment and controls match the agreed method before work starts. High-risk tasks require appropriate specialists and approved procedures.
Health risks such as dust, noise, heat and hazardous substances would be assessed with suitable exposure controls and legally appropriate surveillance. Welfare arrangements, worker engagement and access to emergency care should be included in site planning.
Emergency plans would define response roles, contacts and drills. Incident and near-miss reporting should support investigation, corrective action and learning without retaliation. Performance data and achievement claims will remain unpublished until verified.
